It was almost a full team that started the one hour circuit training at the Botanic Gardens on 4th Sept, Wednesday evening with the Trainer, Dennis Foo. The workout in the first session took its toll on us the next day as our all muscles ached!

Dennis, the instructor, included exercises such as lunges, step ups, jogging, planks and other abdominal exercises as well as biceps and triceps workouts and ending with stretching exercise. Each session, held once every two weeks, was a good sweat out and it was always very nice just to be out in the open in the Gardens, after a hard day’s work at the Clinic. That made some of us continue to attend these training sessions religiously.

Hopefully, some of us will lose some weight from these sessions and become healthier!
